All Tune-ups involve the following 10 point services checks:

1. Brake, Gear and Headset adjustment.
2. Chain wear check.
3. Hub and Bottom Bracket adjustment.
4. Crank arm, bar, stem, saddle and seatpost check.
5. Lubricate cables and chains.
6. True wheels.
7. Check tire pressure and condition.

There is a $5 shop supplies fee that is charged on all tune-ups

Kids bikes take lots of abuse. Thus, it is important that they come in for regular tune-ups.

A tune-up consists of the following 10 service points:

Complete Overhaul of Road or Hardtail Mountain Bike

A complete overhaul involves a total strip down of the bike. In addition to the checks that would happen in a tune-up, the following is also done:

• Overhaul all bearings
• Fork and dropout alignment
• Hanger alignment
• Complete rebuild including setup of gears and brakes.

Complete Overhaul Dual Suspension Mountain Bike

Been rough on your bike? Stuff grinding and making weird noises? Its time to have your bike completely overhauled. In addition to the items that are checked during a tune-up, the following is done:

• Overhaul of all bearings.
• Fork, rear shock and dropout alignment.
• Hanger alignment.
• Set-up of gears and brakes.

Tire repair labour + tube extra

• $5.00 - Road, Mountain, or Kid's Bike tire repair wheel off the bike - (replace tube) - Tube cost additional.
• $10.00 - Road,Mountain or Kid's Bike tire repair wheel on the bike. DH Tire/Tube repair wheel off bike.- (replace tube) - Tube cost additional.
• $20.00 - E-Bike tire repair or DH wheel on Bike - (replace tube) - Tube cost additional.

Come in to get your scooter dialed in so that you can get to the next level with your tricks. Includes:

• Full bolt check.
• Bearing adjustment.
• Wheel and axle check.

Got a big hockey game or figure skating competition and want your skates in tip top shape? come in to have your skates professionally sharpened. To meet your every need we have two different payment options:

• Skate Sharpening
• Single sharpening: $8.50 including tax.
• Skate sharpening card:$75 including tax. Is good for 10 sharpenings. Keep with you so you can use your card at either the main shop or the annex, located at the Mission Leisure Center.
